After nearly seven years as an educator in the public school system, I transitioned into the corporate world, where I now work as a leadership and career coach.
My formal education reflects a blend of disciplines, all grounded in human development & storytelling: a bachelor’s degree in Literature and Secondary Education, a master’s degree

My formal education reflects a blend of disciplines, all grounded in human development & storytelling: a bachelor’s degree in Literature and Secondary Education, a master’s degree in Rhetoric and the Teaching of Writing, and advanced training through several coaching programs.
I am a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and I'm on the path toward Master Certified Coach (MCC). I'm also certified as an Integral and Conscious Leadership Coach.
When I'm not coaching, I'm usually curled up with a book or a notebook, working on my memoir.

Whether you're doubting yourself, unsure of your path, or navigating change, we'll work together to 1) clarify your goals 2) organize a path to get you there and 3) craft your story. Along the way, we'll uncover your strengths and blindspots so you leave each session with greater self-awareness, confidence, and actionable steps to move your life forward.
The core of my work is helping people find their voice and take ownership of their narrative—whether figuratively or literally. You don't have to be a writer or an aspiring writer to work with me, but you do need to be hungry for change and ready to become the author of your own life.

I offer one-to-one coaching packages over 3-, 6-, or 12-month engagements. I specialize in supporting young adults and rising leaders as they navigate transition and loss, explore and develop their careers, and cultivate authentic leadership styles, confidence, and identity.

In addition to individual coaching, I partner with organizations through group facilitation, team-building, and strategic consulting. This work includes designing and leading trainings, strengthening communication and alignment, and advising on coaching systems and automation to support scalable, sustainable development. My approach blends thoughtful inquiry with practical tools—helping teams clarify vision, build connection, and translate insight into action.
